To register and maintain an Account with jp386, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. jp386 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
Our Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jp386. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk for Indonesian residents), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
jp386 is required to verify the identity of all Players to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide requested verification documents including government-issued photo identification (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a clear selfie photograph holding your identification document. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Accounts that remain unverified for more than thirty (30) days may be suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawals cannot be processed from unverified Accounts.
jp386 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, technical issues or security reviews may delay processing up to twenty-four (24) hours. jp386 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your jp386 Account are legitimately obtained and not derived from illegal or criminal activities. You may not deposit funds belonging to third parties or use stolen payment instruments. jp386 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request supporting documentation such as bank statements or proof of income.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses claimed, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 50,000). Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified Account details.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours during business hours (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday). First-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts may require additional security review extending processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000 minimum and Rp 50,000,000 maximum per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and verification level. VIP Players may be eligible for higher limits upon request.
jp386 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct transfer fees from the received amount. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per day) may incur an administrative processing fee of Rp 10,000 per additional transaction.
All bonuses offered by jp386 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 25x to 40x the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account settings, though you will continue to receive essential service-related communications (transaction confirmations, security alerts, terms updates).

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances in closed Accounts may be forfeited after ninety (90) days.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. jp386 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25,000 on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. We will notify you via email before imposing such fees.
While jp386 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Website and Services. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service outages, technical malfunctions, server maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp386's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
jp386 is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party games, live dealer streams, sports event data, or other content provided by our suppliers. We are not liable for errors in odds, results, or payouts caused by third-party data feeds.
All content on the jp386 Website including trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of jp386 or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
